3. Services & Orders
3.1 Quotations
All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the specifications and files provided at the time of enquiry. Any changes to specifications may result in revised pricing.
3.2 Order Acceptance
An order is confirmed only when we issue a written order confirmation (via email). We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
3.3 File Requirements
You are responsible for providing accurate 3D files in an accepted format (STL, OBJ, STEP, IGES, 3MF). We are not liable for defects resulting from errors in files you provide. We may offer design review as a separate service.
3.4 Production Tolerances
Standard tolerances vary by technology (typically ±0.1mm for FDM/SLS, ±0.05mm for SLA). Tighter tolerances may be available on request and may affect pricing. Specific tolerances will be confirmed in your quotation.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Prices
All prices quoted are in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are additional and will be detailed in the quotation.
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due as specified in the invoice. For new customers, payment may be required in advance. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of order.
4.3 Late Payment
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5. Delivery
5.1 Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from order confirmation. Express options may be available. We will notify you of any anticipated delays.
5.2 Shipping
We ship UK-wide with tracked delivery. International shipping is available on request. Risk passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Your IP
You retain all intellectual property rights in the designs and files you provide to us. By submitting files, you grant us a limited licence to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

All parts undergo quality inspection before dispatch. We aim to meet or exceed the tolerances and specifications agreed in your order.
7.2 Defective Products
If a product is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will, at our discretion, reprint, repair, or refund the defective items.
7.3 Limitation
Returns due to errors in customer-supplied files (e.g., incorrect dimensions, file corruption) are not eligible for refund. We recommend using our design review service to minimise such issues.
8. Liability
8.1 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
8.2 Exclusions
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, or costs of substitute goods.
